Yohan strives to deliver true white glove service in any setting. -Table service, sharing the pleasures of gastronomy and sommellerie -As a professional bartender, producing elegant moments to begin or cap off the night. -Wine cellar procurement and management, caring for valuable art, china, jewelry and wardrobe pieces, welcoming guests and supporting their wellness and relaxation -Provisioning, cooking, chauffeuring, packing, travelling or coordinating, we have our own areas of specialty to match your needs. -Recommendations and bookings for culinary, sport and leisure. Management of any social and cultural events. Delicatesse et grâce, while being invisible, enabling us to respond to wants and needs with the utmost respect and attention…this is our way to excellence.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE
Respectfully maintaining traditions in any estate, the role of a modern butler may also include management other household staff and providing personal assistance to the principal if it fits wishes and expectations. Essentially, we give you the peace of mind that all of your personal matters are being taken care of – effortlessly - while you’re busy doing what it is you do best. Travel planning, vacation organization, appointments, administration, social and cultural event management - Yohan is accustomed to taking care of it all, so you don’t have to.
OUR HISTORY
Your butler, Yohan, grew up in a hospitality family in the Burgundy region of France and spent 15 years working in luxury venues around the world (Queue de Cheval-Montréal, Les Caves de Courchevel-Courchevel 1850, Cheval Blanc -St Barth ) before creating Butler BY in 2014. He has had the pleasure and the privilege of doing what comes naturally: being of service to an elegant international clientele, wide-ranging in their traditions, values, and culture. Yohan had the honour of acting exclusively as the travelling butler/personal assistant to an UHNW family, residing between London, Madrid and Rome, over five years from 2014 to 2019. Fulfilling the nautical aspect of our services, Yohan is in possession of STCW-10 and other yachting certificates in order to provide a range of services to principals on their vessels.
